Privacy Policy for PrisUm Lab Online Learning Platform

PrisUm Lab ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of our users. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share your personal information when you use our online learning platform (the "Platform"), which includes instructor-led training, recurring payments, email communications, invoices, and potentially text message reminders. Providing and Maintaining the Platform: To create and manage your account, process payments (including recurring payments using your stored payment method), generate invoices, deliver courses, send email communications, and provide customer support.
Sending Reminders (If Applicable): To send you text message reminders for upcoming classes or important updates if you have opted in to receive such messages.
Personalizing Your Experience: To tailor course recommendations, learning paths, and other content to your interests and needs.
Communicating with You: To send you important updates about the Platform, course announcements, marketing materials (with your consent), and transactional emails related to your account and purchases.
Sharing with Instructors: To facilitate effective instruction and communication within courses, we share relevant student information with the instructors of those courses. This information may include your name, email address, course progress, grades, and any communications you have within the course platform (e.g., forum posts, assignment submissions).
Improving the Platform: To analyze usage patterns, identify areas for improvement, and develop new features.
Ensuring Security: To protect the Platform and our users from fraud, unauthorized access, and other security threats.

To perform our contract with you: This includes providing you with access to the Platform, processing your payments (including storing your payment method for recurring billing) and sending related invoices, providing necessary communications, and sharing your information with instructors for course-related purposes.
With your consent: This includes sending you marketing communications and text message reminders. We reserve the right to obtain and use your consent for various purposes related to the processing of your personal information.
To comply with our legal obligations: This includes complying with tax laws and responding to legal requests.
For our legitimate interests: This includes improving the Platform, ensuring security, and preventing fraud, provided that these interests do not override your fundamental rights and freedoms. We reserve the right to determine and pursue our legitimate interests in accordance with applicable laws.

Instructors: As stated above, we share relevant student information with instructors of the courses you are enrolled in. We reserve the right to determine the scope and nature of information shared with instructors.
Payment Processors: We use third-party payment processors to handle recurring payments. These processors may collect and securely store your payment information in accordance with their own privacy policies and industry security standards (e.g., PCI DSS). We currently use [Name of Payment Processor, e.g., Stripe, PayPal]. We reserve the right to choose and utilize different payment processors as we see fit.
Email Marketing and Communication Platforms: We may use third-party platforms to manage and send emails. These platforms are contractually obligated to protect your information and only use it for the purposes we specify. We reserve the right to select and utilize different email marketing platforms.
SMS/Text Messaging Platforms (If Applicable): If we use a third-party service for sending text message reminders, we will share your phone number with them for this purpose only. We reserve the right to choose and utilize different SMS/text messaging platforms.
Service Providers: We may share information with other service providers who assist us with hosting, data analytics, marketing, and customer support. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and only use it for the purposes we specify. We reserve the right to engage and utilize different service providers.
